Everyone loves to win prizes on Kickin’ Country, but there’s a few rules we need to follow.
- You are not eligible to win if you’ve won any prize in the last 30 days…and only one winner per household…please.
- To be eligible to win, you must be at least 18 years old unless we specify otherwise, not an employee of the Farmville Herald group or a member of their immediate family.
- Kickin’ Country has the right to record in part or in whole any contest winner’s voice in conjunction with any contest for future promotional purposes.
- Each winner is responsible for any taxes or gratuities arising from winning on Kickin’ Country.
- WVHL is in no way responsible for any and all liabilities related to or caused by prizes awarded by the station.
- Written copies of these rules are available at the WVHL studios at 116 North Street in Farmville.
